Overview
Description
Aurea sleeps 10 people and has become our premiere chalet in Courchevel 1850. It is a mere 5 minute walk from the centre of the village and to the main lift station. However, in the morning you may be prefer to be driven to the slopes by one of our drivers.
On the lower ground floor there is a swimming pool measuring approximately 7.5m x 4.5m with steps leading into a sunken in Jacuzzi with south facing views. The Hammam (steam room) has a glass floor, which over-hangs the pool. There is a separate shower, and a tiled area around the pool on which there are beds to lie back and relax. From here you can take the lift up to the other floors.
The master bedroom, has its own dressing room and bathroom with fantastic views over looking the valley. On the same level there are a further 3 bedrooms, all of a very good size. The second and third bedroom have their own shower rooms and the fourth bedroom its own bathroom and extra set of bunk beds, with a separating door for children.
The sitting room has an impressive open fire and plenty of seating space making it very comfortable for 10 people. The interconnecting dining room has a large table, another open fire and doors onto a long balcony.
Leading up from the sitting room is the last flight of stairs up to a double bedroom with it’s own en-suite bathroom. The ceiling is slightly sloped, being in the eves but is still a good size. Aurea is a fantastic chalet, which will along with our staff provide you with a skiing holiday of a lifetime.

About Courchevel 1850
Sat at the Eastern end (The Three Valleys piste maps look South!) of the biggest linked ski area in the world, it's not hard to see why Courchevel 1850 has become such an exclusive destination. Gentle, tree-lined pistes feed into and through the centre of the resort, with almost every chalet, hotel and apartment being on or near the piste. Meribel is quickly accessible by any number of routes. The superb, high-tech lift system means that you can be in Val Thorens in time for an early lunch with ease...
The biggest village and arguably the jewel in Courchevel's crown, 1850 is the focal point of the resort, with a good selection of world-class hotels, restaurants and shopping. There is a good selection of less expensive accommodation options in town, especially with several British run chalet hotels. Lift access to the whole 3 Valleys area is from the centre of town, giving easy access for almost all guests.
