Alpe di Siusi
Overview
Alpe di Siusi, in the Italian Dolomites, is part of the Val Gardena region, celebrated for its wonderful scenery and early season World Cup races. Val Gardena's resorts are divided into four main areas: Rasciesa-Seceda-Col Raiser, Alpe di Suisi, Dantercepies and Ciampinoi-Plan de Gralba-Passo Sella-Monte Pana.
Alpe di Suisi's skiing is mainly easy, but skiers can venture further afield by moving on to Selva and enjoying the legendary Sella Ronda tour - a 50km circuit which takes you through dozens of villages and hamlets and four different regions. You can ski it in either direction: clockwise (follow the orange arrows) or counter-clockwise (green boards), from Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, Alta Badia or Arabba.
