Situated in a quiet location in Courmayeur, the elegant Hotel Gran Baita will provide you with a wonderful stay. Location
The hotel is just outside Courmayeur town, in a very quiet area. The resort center is only 10 minute walk. You can also take the shuttle service to and from the slopes every day from 8.30 am to 5pm.

The hotel has 54 rooms and all have TV, minibars tea & coffee facilities, safe, shower and hairdryer.
Comfort Twin Rooms- sleeps 2-3- about 17M2, they have a south- facing views. Recently refurbished, they have a bath and shower.
Superior Twin Rooms- sleeps 2-3- they are larger than the comfort rooms with about 18M2. They also have been refurbished and a Mont Blanc view.
Executive Rooms- sleeps 2-3- , private whirlpool on the terrace with views of Mont Blanc.
Twin rooms for single use are about 14m². They have a queen size bed and are South facing.

About Courmayeur
Courmayeur skiing
Courmayeur, Italian neighbour to big boy Chamonix, has 100km of its own pistes, most of which cater mainly for intermediates. Advanced skiers need not panic however, as Courmayeur offers access to the all of the other resorts in the Aosta and Chamonix valleys (via the Mont Blanc Tunnel), which have a combined total of near 800km of runs. Cross-country skiers will also find 51km of excellent trails.
Courmayeur ski resort
With its views of Mont Blanc, the scenery in Courmayeur is majestic. A traditional alpine village with a car-free centre, Coumayeur has plenty of good shops, cafés and bars, where the après-ski is very much Italian in spirit. Restaurants, both on and off the mountain are top class and not overpriced. The only downside is the walk from some of the accommodation to the lifts. Courmayeur can also get swamped by the Milanese at weekends and peak season times. It's a great venue, only occasionally marred by the closure of the tunnel.
