Overview
The Apartmenthouse Madeleine is home to a selection of spacious, functional apartments. Sleeping from one to four people, each one has its own living area complete with kitchenette. Its central location also means you'll be within walking distance of a range of restaurants and bars, ideal for your evening's entertainment.
If you prefer, you can also upgrade to bed and breakfast and pop over the road to the Hotel Madeleine for a buffet spread. Grab a plate and fill your boots – there’s tons of choice, and even an organic section.

Rooms
All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchenette with two hobs, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a satellite TV, free WiFi, hairdryer and safe. Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are also included.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 25m²) - sleeps 1-2- Austrian twin bedroom, living room, private shower and WC.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 35m²) - sleeps 1-2- Austrian twin bedroom, living room, private shower, WC and terrace.
2 bedroom apartment (approx. 60m²) - sleeps 1-4- Two Austrian twin bedrooms, living room, private shower, WC and balcony.
Superior 1 bedroom apartment (approx. 40m²) - sleeps 1-3- Austrian twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed, private shower and WC.
Superior 2 bedroom apartment (approx. 60m²) - sleeps 1-4- Austrian twin bedroom, living room, private shower and WC.
Austrian twin beds: One large bed frame containing two single mattresses, each with their own bedding.

Obergurgl skiing
Obergurgl is great for beginners and intermediates, which, along with good ski schools, makes for an excellent family ski holiday destination. One of the highest resorts in Austria at 1930m, Obergurgl has an excellent snow record and long season. Linked to Hochgurgl, there are over 100km of runs to enjoy. For more advanced skiers and boarders, there is often some nice off-piste to get that adrenalin pumping...

The resort itself is pleasing to the eye and offers a sense of alpine charm. Off snow activities are a little sparse, although après ski is jovial without being too hectic. Hotels are generally of a high standard, with some excellent facilities and very high end dining if you're staying at the right places!
