Overview
Easily accessible (30 minutes from the station of Bourg Saint Maurice), the Resort overlooks the picturesque resort of Rosière in the municipality of Montvalezan. Facing the Vanoise National Park, there is an exceptional 180° panorama of the Alps from the Exclusive Collection area. Perched at an altitude of 1850m between the Tarentaise Valley and the Aosta Valley, the Rosière is a genuine link between France and Italy.
From Monday to Friday, you could enjoy ski and snowboarding lessons given by ESF instructor. Groups are formed depending on the levels and the languages and are included in the package.
If you prefer to experience the mountain other than on skis, you could enjoy a trekking programme from Monday to Friday. These treks are supervised by mountain guides who will allow you to discover untouched natural spaces by snowshoes.
After a long day of skiing, you could also enjoy a yoga session in an exceptional setting, a relaxing swim or a splash with your loved ones.
The Club Med Spa by Cinq Mondes takes you on a sensuous journey with all their spa therapies, the relaxation room with a panoramic view of the Tarentaise Valley is stunning!

Deluxe 27 - 54 m² spacious room that celebrates the mountain tradition with a furnished balcony and a lounge area, sleeps 3 guests max.
In addition to the services offered by the superior rooms, the deluxe rooms have bathrobes, slippers, amenities accessories (shower cap, vanity kit, manicure kit, etc.), a mini fridge, a sofa and a furnished balcony.

Suite Exclusive Collection- 51 - 90 m² modern spacious suites with traditional Aosta Valley decoration. You will enjoy a spectacular views from your balcony. The suites have a separate bedroom (or two bedrooms when booked for families), a living room, a bathroom and a dressing room, sleeps 2-5 guests max.

Your babies (from 4 months to 2 years old) are welcome at the Baby Club*. The older (2-3) are also welcome at the Petit Club*. Moreover, the baby corner is at your disposal in order to tailor made menus for your loved ones. A baby sitting service is also available.

All children between 4 and 11 years old are welcome at Mini Club Med. Your package includes ESF ski lessons from Monday to Friday (groups are formed based on the level and the language). Snowboarding lessons are also available from the age of 8.

About La Rosière 1850
La Rosière skiing
La Rosière is built in traditional chalet style high up on the road from Bourg-St-Maurice to the Petit St Bernard pass to Italy. There’s a main village and a newer satellite (Les Eucherts), a short bus ride – or a floodlit forest walk – to the east. La Rosière is lift linked with the Italian resort of La Thuile and has a great snow record. The two resorts, although unlikely stablemates, form a substantial ski area with plenty of long wide runs to please intermediates.
La Rosière also provides a useful gateway to some exciting heli-skiing over in Italy, enabling locals and ski holiday makers in France to heli-ski in Italy to their hearts' content - bookable through the Evolution 2 ski school, before returning to France's Tarentaise Valley. The combined area has 38 lifts and 145km of pistes.
La Rosière ski resort
La Rosière, although purpose built, is a gem of quintessential alpine charm. Off Piste activites are limited, although visitors are happy enough whiling away the evenings in the relaxed bars and restaurants (the Petit Danois is popular and offers Sky tv sports coverage. The locals are friendly and the prices are lower than most other Tarentaise resorts.
