The very popular Hotel le Cret is run by the friendly Coquillard family, offering very high standards of comfort and facilities, a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and great food.

There is a good choice of room types available, suitable for families up to 6 people.

Guests are welcome to unwind after exploring the mountain in the Turkish bath, have a dip in the indoor swimming pool or relax in the sauna. Treat yourself to a beauty or body treatment for an additional fee to fully relax and unwind. For the active guests, there is a fitness room available with modern equipment and views of the surrounding mountains.

A great choice for families, with just 6 minutes' walk to the Super Morzine lift and 8 minutes to the centre. Relaxing involves a swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Enjoy a drink in the comfortable lounge and bar area.there's also plenty to entertain the kids with a free afternoon children's club (4-11yrs) running during French holidays.

Location

The hotel is conveniently located just 6 minutes' walk (500m) to the Super Morzine lift and 8 minutes' walk (800m) to the resort centre. The free ski bus stops just outside.

Rooms

All rooms have twin or double beds (please specify preference when booking), bath with shower head attachment, WC, flat screen cable/satellite TV with English speaking channels, safe, hair dryer, telephone, WiFi, bathrobes (on request for additional €7) and a balcony or terrace with mountain views.

Renovated rooms in the new wing of the hotel can be requested in advance, supplement of €100 per room per week to be paid locally.

Standard quad room- sleeps 4- with additional double sofa bed

Family room- sleeps 5-6- Master bedroom, twin room (suitable for two children) and 2 mezzanine beds (suitable for children between 6-11 years). These rooms are in the new wing.

About Morzine

Morzine skiing

Morzine is part of the massive Porte du Soleil ski area. It really does offer something for everyone, particularly for boarders, who can also head to Avoriaz where they'll find a series of snowparks and a giant "ecological park" (loads of natural modules set off-piste between the trees)called the Stash. Beginners will appreciate some of the gentle local runs, which help on those first tentative days.

Morzine ski resort

Before becomming a ski resort, beautiful Morzine was originally a town in itself. This means that there is more to do than in your average purpose-built resort, with a decent selection of shops and more non-skiing activities than you will need in a week. Accommodation is varied in terms of size, age and price.
