We recognise that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected consumer confidence for all travel. With this in mind we've created our Covid-19 Guarantee which we hope will allow you to book your next ski trip with peace of mind that you're covered no matter what.
Our Covid-19 guarantee is written in plain English:
- • If your package holiday does not operate due to Covid-19, you will have a choice between a full refund or a rebooking.
- • If UK regulations prevent you travelling, you will have a choice between a full refund or a rebooking.
- • In the event of a local lockdown affecting your chosen resort, you will be offered a reasonable alternative, a full refund or a rebooking.
- • All holidays featured on our website are ABTA & ATOL protected.
